How data deletion works
What we delete
Your profile (name, nickname, avatar, age, gender), registered mobile number and email, preferences, chat history, wallet and coin balance, and for hosts, KYC documents and payout details.
What we may keep, and why
Data we are legally required to retain is kept in a restricted form only for as long as the law requires. This includes transaction and invoice records under tax and accounting laws, registration details for 180 days after cancellation as required by the IT Intermediary Rules, 2021, and records needed to handle disputes, fraud or legal claims.
Timeline
We verify your request using the mobile number and email provided and may contact you to confirm. Once verified, deletion is completed within 7 working days, and we confirm by email. Unused coins and pending host payouts are forfeited on deletion, so please use or withdraw them first. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
