Community Safety & Host Protection

Last updated: October 3, 2026 • IT Intermediary Rules, 2021

1. Respect and Dignity

My Love is meant for respectful conversation between adults. Every host and caller must be treated with courtesy. Verbal abuse, obscene gestures, threats, stalking, intimidation, hate speech and body-shaming lead to suspension or a permanent ban, and may be reported to the police under applicable Indian law, including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. No Sharing of Personal Contact Details

Do not ask for or share phone numbers, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, addresses or other off-platform contact details. Keeping all conversations inside My Love protects your privacy and safety.

3. No Off-Platform Money Requests

Hosts must never ask for UPI or bank transfers outside the app, and callers must never send money outside the app. Report anyone who does. Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, card details or passwords with anyone; we will never ask for them.

4. No Obscene or Illegal Content

Nudity, sexual acts, pornographic material, content involving minors, impersonation, blackmail and any unlawful content are strictly prohibited. Reported content of this kind is removed or disabled within the time limits in the IT Intermediary Rules, 2021. Accounts of persons under 18 are terminated immediately.

5. Privacy Protection

Mobile numbers are never shown to other users. Do not record, screenshot or share calls or images of any user. Doing so may violate the privacy rights of others and Indian law, and will result in a ban.

6. How to Report

Use the Report Misconduct page, or write to the Grievance Officer. If you are in immediate danger or have been a victim of a crime, call the emergency number 112 or report at cybercrime.gov.in / helpline 1930 for cyber fraud.
